Online Jewelry Returns: We offer a hassle free, 30 day return or exchange privilege on all fine jewelry purchases online. We will void return if the item has been used or tampered with any way. Tags must still be on the item and cannot be worn. Please inspect the piece before removing any tags and wearing the jewelry. Items must be returned with all accompanying receipts and certificates. Any pieces that are personalized or custom sized, made etc. will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange. This includes all custom made jewelry. We will not accept returns for lay-away and special order items.
In store purchases: In store purchases are EXCHANGE ONLY. We do not offer refunds for anything purchased within our store fronts. Exchange only policy for in store purchases are only for unworn, new merchandise that have not been altered or personalized in anyway.
Custom Jewelry/Personalized Items- These purchases will not be eligible for any return or exchange request. This includes all existing pieces that have been sized or modified to your liking, size etc. This includes all:

Refunds are processed after inspection periods pass. Refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
