“Custom” jewelry pieces are dictated by the materials used in the project. This refers to metals, stones, complexity of design etc. We perform our best work when clients let us know what they need first. A client’s budget will dictate what quality or grade of stone, what type of metal is used, etc. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are able to create custom jewelry because we have such a large wealth of resources for suppliers. We buy in large volume and are able to pass those savings on to our clients. This is true for diamonds, stones and precious metals. We don’t have to go through a “middle man” to provide our clients what they are looking for.
In making a custom piece, we must first understand the scope of work and materials needed. Once we know what those are,
we are able to quote a price.
– If you let us know we’re hired, there’s no upfront charges or deposits
– We get right to work on sourcing your stones
– Once materials are sourced we bill you for the total cost of project
– Client needs to share budget, stones and metals requested
– Once price quote is there, you say yes or no. If yes, we begin immediately and send invoice.
We begin purchasing the stone(s), metal(s), and we secure the time to produce the CAD renders and waxes and then go into fabrication. Nothing is due until we secure what metals and stones that are being used. Once the balance is paid, we begin CAD designing and rendering phases so you can see what you’re getting before you get it. And now the fun begins as you can watch your custom design come to life!
We pride ourselves on being the manufacturer in house for all the phases of your project. This includes rendering and waxes. We absolutely do not mind modifications made to the design during the CAD and rendering phases. We use this time to produce the perfect design. We do ask that the materials after the project is hired remain the same. This is in regards to stone and metal. However, making modifications to the design like thickness or engraving, we allow modifications on during the CAD process.
The short answer is no. However, we do have a policy in our company where we do not consider a sale final until you are ecstatic about your design. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied. Please note, a lot of time effort and craftsmanship goes into designing a piece.
Returns & Exchanges
No, once an item has been worn, it cannot be returned. We consider an item worn once the tags are removed and/or any damages/imperfections are found on the piece. Please carefully inspect your item and decide from there. Of course, you are welcome to try it on, but please leave the original tags on until you decide to keep the item. We will inspect the tags for tampering if we feel it has been worn.
As long as the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent, yes. However, PayPal has recently changed their policies to no longer refund sellers the fees that they charge for a transaction. For PayPal customers only, we will refund the amount minus the fees charged by PayPal. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope that PayPal will reverse this decision. If they do, we will refund the full amount.
For all jewelry purchases, we offer a 30 day full refund for items that have not been worn. For exchanges, we will apply your full amount to the new item and either refund or charge the difference.
For all watch purchases, we offer a 7 day inspection period to check for any imperfections or defects. If returned, we will go through a thorough inspection to make sure that the watch has not been tampered with.
Like all custom jewelry pieces, budget will dictate the quality of the materials we can use. We first assess what your desires are for stone(s), metal, etc. and then give a quote once we have a better idea of what you are looking for. There are so many variables in diamond and gem grading to consider before a quote can be offered. It is important to note that we do not ask for any minimum budgets or requirements. We work with any budget size and help you achieve the best within your budget.
Yes. We offer personalized engravings on most of our items upon request. Please note that any personalizing or alteration will void any return or exchanges.
